Expansion of JDAI to the Deep End Tool Kit

The fol­low­ing col­lec­tion of doc­u­ments com­prise the Annie E. Casey Foun­da­tion’s Tool Kit for sites work­ing to expand the Juve­nile Deten­tion Alter­na­tives Ini­tia­tive (JDAI) to the deep end of the juve­nile jus­tice sys­tem. The Tool Kit includes overview doc­u­ments, a list of devel­op­men­tal mile­stones, a con­tact list for rel­e­vant Foun­da­tion staff, con­sul­tants and tech­ni­cal assis­tance providers, stan­dard scopes of work and per­for­mance mea­sures for JDAI/deep-end sites, tools to assist with the quan­ti­ta­tive and qual­i­ta­tive com­po­nents of the sys­tem assess­ment and infor­ma­tion about the ongo­ing eval­u­a­tion of the Foundation’s approach to deep-end reform. In addi­tion to this tool kit, a resource guide also is available.
