Results-Based Leadership is a proven process that empowers leaders to accelerate meaningful change across an organization.
The Foundation’s unique approach to results-based leadership development is called Results Count®. It stems from a conviction that results-driven leaders are vital to achieving measurable and lasting improvements for kids, youth and families. Under this approach, leaders in the social and public sectors gain the skills and experience needed to be data driven and outcome oriented while focusing on collaboration and internal alignment.
