A New Tool for Foster Parents
The TST-FC training curriculum enhances a child welfare agency’s existing toolkit for foster parents so that children in their care — and especially children who have experienced trauma — can thrive.
This document, part of the Trauma Systems Therapy for Foster Care curriculum, includes four short surveys designed to assess what caregivers and agency staff knew at the onset of training — and what they learned as a result of the training. A fifth item, a simple feedback form, asks facilitators what worked well — and what didn’t click — during their training sessions.
