Casey’s new Technical Assistance Resource Center (TARC) draws on Casey’s technical assistance network, internal expertise and research capability to find answers for folks who are addressing a particular community issue. “Peer” pairings of community leaders and national experts are an integral part of the Foundation’s customized assistance strategy for its Making Connections initiative.
