Responsibility Charting
Working through whether someone has approval authority or has a “consulting” role is a way of applying Responsibility Charting to functional roles.
This report focuses on organization development tools as an approach to supporting change within child welfare organizations. Multiple tools are described and applied within the context of one of four child welfare change scenarios. The document includes an overview of systems thinking and lists where, when, why, what and who might use a particular organizational development tool. A few tools are described in detail with examples.
