Broady leads the community and youth leadership engagement work within the National Community Strategies (NCS) portfolio. An essential component of the Foundation’s approach to community change, NCS invests in community leadership and youth engagement to advance community-led solutions that improve the lives of young people and their families. In addition to grant making, this involves ensuring that the young people most impacted by decisions are meaningfully engaged in program development, implementation and evaluation. Before joining Casey, she had a 15-year career in program design and nonprofit management. She holds a master’s in counseling psychology with a specialty in child and adolescent development from Georgia State University.
