Kurt Miller lead the Grants Management team, guiding the Foundation’s application of best practices in grant making while promoting the use of grant data to inform decision making
Miller first joined the Foundation as a grants assistant in 2014. In addition, he has served as a grants associate, grants specialist and grants manager. Prior to Casey, he spent time in the contract office at Lockheed Martin and as a substitute teacher.
Miller earned a bachelor’s degree in history and secondary education from McDaniel College and a master’s degree in nonprofit management and social entrepreneurship from the University of Baltimore. He also has a certificate in strategic management from Georgetown University.
