Casey Foundation President and CEO Patrick McCarthy delivered the keynote address at the 2010 annual Juvenile Detention Alternatives Initiative Inter-site Conference attended by approximately 600 practitioners, advocates, and experts. These remarks outline the Foundation’s point of view on juvenile justice reform and how this area of work fits into Casey’s mission of building better futures for disadvantaged children in the United States.
