We seek to create and maintain a diverse staff at all levels and to show sensitivity to and respect for differences in all our personal, professional and business relationships on behalf of the Foundation. We also seek to use our grant making and consulting resources in an equitable manner, reflecting our commitment to all aspects of diversity.
